GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS

STRUCTURE & WALLS:

*R.C.C. Framed Structure in M-20 grade of concrete *External walls in Burnt Brick Masonry of 150 mm & 115 mm thick external & internal respectively.

DOORS & WINDOWS:

* Front door frame shall be of non teak wood & all internal door frames shall be of R.C.C. with laminated flush doors except for toilets where P.V.C. door shutters with P.V.C frame shall be provided Standard quality mortise locks, to all doors of standard make Powder coated aluminium windows with M. S. painted grills.

FLOORING & DADO:

*Fully Vitrified tiled floor of 600 X 600 mm size to all rooms with 3″ Skirting “Balconies & Terraces shall have 450 X 450 mm non skid tiled floor. Coloured Ceramic /Glazed tiles Dado up to lintel height to all Toilets with highlighters & Ceramic tiled Floor.

PAINTING & FINISHING:

*All Rooms shall have good Putty finish Surfaces Painted with oil bound distemper of standard make. “Waterproof acrylic Paint shall be Provided Externally. *Neatly finished Parking, Staircase, Compound Wall and Common Areas.

SANITARY & PLUMBING:

*White Sanitary ware for all toilets of Jaguar or equivalent make Wash Hand Basin of Jaguar/Cera make for attached Toilet and in Passage of suitable sizes. *C. P. Toilet Fittings of Jaguar make *All Toilets shall have Hot & Cold Water arrangement. *S.W. R. Pipes & Fittings for Sanitation & CPVC Pipes of Standard make for Plumbing.

SERVICES & ELECTRIFICATION:

*Granite Top Over Kitchen Otta with Stainless Steel Sink of 18″x 24″ of standard make with Glazed Ceramic/Glazed tiled Dado. *Concealed Electrical Wiring with Sufficient Electric & Power Points. *Individual M.S.E.B. Meter with single phase Mains Wiring. * M.C.B. of Standard make Concealed Telephone and T.V. Wiring “Modular Switches of Legrand make mylink to all rooms with concealed boards. *Staircase shall have Granite Stone Treads. Four standard make Elevators. Back up generator arrangement for Elevator, Pump etc. Inverter wiring for one light & fan point in each room & Toilet.
